株式会社FAR&EAST 代表取締役。
立教大学法学部を卒業後、商社での勤務を経て、2012年にＪリーグに入社。当初より、Ｊリーグのアジア戦略および海外事業の立ち上げから主要メンバーとして参画。
アジア戦略の黎明期から、東南アジアを中心とした市場開拓をリードするとともに、グローバルでの放映権販売やマーケティング、国際大会（FIFA/AFC大会含む）の企画・運営にも携わる。
2022年に株式会社FAR&EASTを創業。スポーツ団体や企業を対象に、アジアをはじめとした海外市場での事業展開や、パートナーシップ構築を戦略立案から実行まで一貫して支援している。
2022年からスポーツ庁「JSPIN（スポーツ産業国際展開支援）」アドバイザーにも就任。
Kei Koyama is the Founder and Managing Director of FAR & EAST, a Japan-based boutique sports agency focused on connecting Asia and global markets through sport.
He began his sports business career in 2012 as a core member of the J.League’s Asia strategy and international business division, where he played a leading role in expanding the J.League’s presence across Southeast Asia during the early stages of its international growth. His work spanned global media rights sales, international marketing strategy, and the planning and execution of international competitions.
In 2022, he founded FAR & EAST to support sports organizations and corporations in their international expansion, partnership development, and cross-border growth initiatives—providing end-to-end support from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution.
Since 2022, he has also served as an advisor to JSPIN, a Sports Agency of Japan initiative supporting the global expansion of the Japanese sports industry.
